TeamYantra (“we”, “us”) is a business software product of UpscaleEra, based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. For any privacy question, write to hello@teamyantra.in.

• Website and enquiry data: your name, company, email, phone number, team size and any message you send through our forms or chat.
• Account data: sign-in details (passwords are stored only as secure hashes) and profile information.
• Customer data: information your company adds to TeamYantra — tasks, attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll, CRM leads and files. Your company controls this data; we process it on your company's behalf.
• Technical data: device, browser and error logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

Each company's data is kept in its own separate database on our hosting provider's servers. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access and restricted administrative access.

We share data only with service providers who help us run TeamYantra (such as hosting and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We keep account and customer data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can export it, unless the law requires longer. Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance. If your data is held by a company that uses TeamYantra, please contact that company first. Write to us at hello@teamyantra.in and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We don't use advertising cookies in the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
